All fabric, supplies, and sample orders placed through our Online Store, are processed and dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse which is separate to all of our physical store locations.

If you are near one of our stores in New Zealand or Australia, it may be quicker for you to place a mail order directly with the store nearest you. You'll just need to check whether the store has the stock available that you are wanting to purchase.

We aim to cut and dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. If you have placed an order during a promotional period, this dispatch timeframe may increase to 2-3 weeks. Please note, once dispatched, the courier is responsible for delivery and all deliveries are contactless unless otherwise requested.

North Island Metro: 1-2 Working Days
South Island: 2-3 Working Days
Rural Deliveries: 3-8 Working Days

Standard Service:
Our standard service gives NZ Post the authority to leave your order in a safe spot if you are not at home at time of delivery. We strongly advise using our Special Instructions box at cart to provide delivery instructions when possible. You can customise your delivery with NZ Post to suit your needs, choose Parcel Leave, Parcel Redirect or Parcel Collect to ensure you get your order delivered first time.

NZ Post - Rural Delivery:
With access to New Zealand Post’s network, we can deliver to many rural delivery addresses. Please note that delivering to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.
